My days are a bit backwards because I work nights, so I track from midnight to mighnight.
B: 4oz NY steak, 1 serving Trader Joe's frozen mashed potatoes, 1cup grilled veggies (various squash, mushrooms, asparagus) L: 1 cup raspberries, 2 HB eggs Sleep S: banana before CrossFit D: probably homemade hamburgers (I'll skip the bun) grilled veggies, watermelon S: s'mores by the campfire Iced Coffee with 1/2c coconut milk, maybe an apple right before work at 2300.
B: toast w/PB and banana S: boiled egg L: turkey sandwich w/avocado and popchips S: stringcheese S2: some sort of energy bar before CF D: Chicken and pasta w/broccoli

Pre WO: HB egg and 1/2 banana Post WO: Smoothie- choc protein powder, 1/2 banana, almond butter L: 3 eggs scrambled w/ a TJ chicken sausage, black olives, tomato, mushroom, avocado D: Trying a new Paleo jambalaya recipe.
B: Protein pancakes, PB, almond milk latte L: Chipotle salad with chicken, maybe guac D: Book club! I'm making a skinny taste chicken marinated in lemon juice and garlic, and I'll eat it in lettuce wrap with some feta, olives, maybe the sauce. Not sure what else is coming.

Wambam Caffeine Watch 2015 Update: I've eaten a metric ton of peanut butter. This made me feel human for about 45 seconds. I am now back to contemplating driving my car off a cliff. There is absolutely no way I can workout today.
What I forgot to add with my * was that my local (ok, all 3 of them) Whole Foods have not had Chocolate Chip muffins in MONTHS! I have been dying! Finally I found some last night. Yeah! I should have bought more.....
