We finish up the freezer meals this week, so back to cooking for me! S- Brisket with potato kugel (freezer meal) M- lemon chicken with rice, salad (freezer meal) T- Zucchini noodles with pesto W- out R- Tacos F- Vegetarian nachoes S- Tex-mex beef and bacon, watermelon, vanilla ice cream, rum punch.
Australian grilled shrimp with Summer salad and dairy bread Italian grilled chicken with Spring salad and mashed potatoes Mushroom-jalapeno quesadillas with Mexican corn salad Lemon pepper tilapia with roasted Brussels sprouts and basmati rice Chili-garlic pasta with cannellini beans Roasted red pepper strata with tomato-pecan salad and a Fourth of July party. We are bringing brown sugar butter cookies and corn-basil-tomato salad.
