nfbr: If you're Mac savvy, can you please come in?

I had to reset to factory defaults my iPhone, and now my iPhone calendar, my Macbook calendar/iCal, and my Google Calendar (online) are not syncing.

I set these up ages ago, and now I just can't remember how to do a 3-way sync, and I'm getting SO FRUSTRATED :@

Can someone PLEASE help me?
