Target has cute basics. The Sam and Libby brand are pretty good quality. I like Sam Edelman flats, I usually get them on sale at Nordstrom rack.
This. I love both these brands. And if you want to splurge, Tory Burch ballet slippers are the most comfortable shoe ever and I usually find them at Nordstrom Rack too

Yes Tory burch or cole Haan at Nordstrom rack are the bomb, op if you're budget allows, I would go for these for sure. Love my cole Haan shoes with air Nike support hidden inside.
Can I be an old lady and say I love the dr sholls Ballet flats? I have this pair (I didn't pay this much. I think I got them on Amazon) m.zappos.com/dr-scholls-franca-black-leather, a leopard print, and a pair of blue and white stripped. I need a new pair of these and a brown pair for work. I wear them every day and they held up the best.

Toms makes ballet flats and I adore them. They have slightly more arch support than their regular slip ons, and fine in a million colors and patterns. I have three pairs and want them all.
I probably have every color of the lucky brand flats. I wear the leopard print ones almost every day.
I love thee too but they run small, I have to go up a size. They are at TJ Maxx. The Target ones are pretty good too, I have black and nude patent pleather.
