I like it, but I'm not a fan of the master (?) bathroom shower. I would always feel like water is going everywhere, lol. I like the rest of the house though!

That's my favorite part!
If I ever remodel a house again, I'm going to have a walk in shower.
It's cute and I like it. I have to admit, though, that the kitchen is too stark for me. I like white kitchens, it's not that. it's just that big wall of white cabinets that just doesn't do anything for me.

But all in all, it's nice.
I don't normally like white kitchens. In this house, I wouldn't change a thing.

The property taxes shown there are what the previous owners paid. They very likely owned the home many years. That value will most definitely go up with this new assessed value. You're probably looking at around $7000 in taxes once that sale closes.

Love it!! We have a friend who lives in Long Beach and pretty much has the "before" version of that house. It's so cool to see what can be done in a remodel.
I wonder if it would be weird to call the agent and ask them for the info on who remodeled the house. When I buy a tiny house they can make it a miniature version of this.
