Never mind if it's not all H&F stuff, I want to hear about what tastiness you're making and eating this weekend for the 4th!
Today: B: protein shake w/almond milk, pbfit, oats and a nectarine L: leftover beef bulgogi that we made instead of bourgignone yesterday. so so tasty S1: homemade granola bar S2: outshine bar D: grilled chicken tostadas with black bean puree, avocado, and roasted corn salsa
Tomorrow: B1: homemade granola bar B2: tailwind on the bike/run L: ? no idea. could just be picking at stuff in the kitchen while I bake/make stuff D: pulled pork with homemade Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce, grilled veggies and homemade corn bread S1: veggies with homemade roasted chick pea hummus S2: making a red, white and blue layer cake for dessert. red velvet cake with an almond whipped cream and blueberry filling, topped with more whipped cream and garnished with crunchy "stars" (ie, baked sugar cookie dough glazed with lemon and sugar)
I'm making a feta, corn, black bean salsa. So good! I've also prepped all of the stuff that I need to make watermelon mojitos, and I picked up the stuff DH needs to make his rum punches (he's been recreating these ever since we came back from vacation). LOL We'll grill tomorrow, but not sure what exactly. We were in charge of a snack & pool drinks. My mom and sister are both off today, so they are doing the rest.
Today: B: nothing just wanted to get to the stores before they were crazy L: roast beef and cheese on whole wheat w/ light mayo D: rotisserie chicken, beans, homemade potato salad S: going to enjoy a few beers tonight
Sat/Sun: no idea, whatever I can get my hands on. Working all weekend. Joys of being a pyro during the 4th of July weekend. Shooting 2 firework shows. I am packing some watermelon, jerky, and granola bars.

B: greek yogurt, blueberries, coffee, half a buttermilk biscuit L: avocado BLTs D: pizza and wine, maybe gelato too
Saturday:
B: banana, coffee, leftover pizza post-run L: not sure, I'll be on a plane. Definitely will have a G&T. D: In N Out! Some kind of animal style burger and fries. I can't wait.
Sunday:
No clue, but hopefully good Cal-Mex or fish tacos.
Fri: B: English muffin w/ pb, coffee and cream L: Mexican! Yum. D: going to a BBQ. Drinks: I had a pomegranate margarita w/lunch, and will limit it to one grapefruit shandy. I am racing tomorrow and this will hold me accountable. Um, maybe.
Sat: B: English muffin w/pb, coffee and cream 2nd B: You get a breakfast sandwich and OJ when you finish the 5k I am running L & D: fried chicken, mashed potatoes, fruit, spinach salad, cookies
Sun: B/L: the usual D: DS's birthday party! Pizza and ice cream cake.
Tonight we're grilling blue cheese burgers and tomorrow having a potluck with some friends. We're bringing chips and homemade salsa, pulled pork smoked by H, and berries with fresh whipped cream.

A blue cheeseburger sounds so good right now. If I wasn't so lazy I would totally go to the store to get the ingredients to make them.
Today is all my normal food (read: every thread we've done so far!) plus a GF brownie and a little ice cream this afternoon. Tonight is chicken burgers, zucchini, chips & guac
Tomorrow, same old until dinner - hot dog or burger at a BBQ, and we're bringing veggies, natural Ruffles (omg so good, I cannot open them in my house), and ranch dip.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
Today I did my long run on trails (read: lots of elevation gain, which makes me starrrrrving), and then we went to play golf. After that, we went to lunch, where I ate almost an entire sausage wood-fired pizza by myself and drank a marg. Tonight we are grilling brats.
Tomorrow, I don't know, since MIL is doing it all. That means nothing will be remotely healthy. I'm in charge of booze, so I'll be drinking Deep Eddy vodkas all day (or vidka, yes, lb2006? )
Sunday we're going to see Wicked, and I think MIL is taking us out beforehand, so even more deliciousness and cocktails.
Pretty ugly weekend on the eating front- Friday- we did a 35 mile pub crawl via bike so there was beer, pub fries, popcorn, white pizza and ice cream involved. Today- bagels & coffee, lunch of leftovers so either stir fry or quinoa/rice/corn/black bean salad, dinner either salmon burger on grill or kale-potato enchiladas Tomorrow- long trail run which makes me ravenous, so hopefully a beef burger on the grill and/or leftover enchiladas if I make them today. Probably some ice cream as well.
