Who's up? I am. I'm going for a ride today at some point between thunderstorms. The rest of the time I'll be watching the second stage of the Tour De France.

I'm up. We arrived in CA last night and it's only 4 am here, but I'm wide awake because my body thinks it's 7 am. DH is going to try to find coffee for us.
Me! I ran 15 this morning with 3x2m@hmp. It would have been fast for a marathon training run, but b/c I am half training I need to bring it down another 10 sec/mile.
We have DS's birthday party today so I need to clean and get ready with 3 kids underfoot. This never works.
I'm up and about to start getting ready for my meet up with some runners. I joined a few local FB running groups and found the runners this way. We're supposed to run 4-5 miles.
I am concerned that this run will be done on a track. I'm sitting here in the parking lot waiting for the others and there's a track. If we're running the track Irma going to be one boring run for 4-5 miles.
Another random. I was admiring half naked self in the mirror yesterday. I had no plans to run today until I checked myself out yesterday and saw how much my body has changed. I decided to run today because I was liking what I saw and need to keep it up. Even as a bigger person I wasn't self conscious about wearing a bikini. I let it all hang out and don't care but seeing a slimmer me in a bikini makes me happy because I can see all the progress I've made and is motivating.
It's rest week. No running. Ugh I hate it already. The scale says I'm already up 3lbs. Kill me now Maybe a walk later, lesson plans, relaxing as it's h's bday
I'm here. I was supposed to run 12 according to my training plan today, but I may swim instead. I ran 5 yesterday and it hurts so I figured I'd take it "easy" today and rest the foot. Luckily the pool kills me so it'll still be a great workout!

I'm the opposite of Wines Not Whines. We got home from CA last night, and I'm getting ready to wake the kids up at 10:30am. We are so fucked for tomorrow when we all have to be out of the house by 8.
I stayed up too late last night to run this morning. Now I'm eating scrambled eggs with blue cheese and avocado and strawberries and blueberries with leftover whipped cream. It is amazing.
Going to run something in the 6-8 range this evening.
I was up at 5:10 for a 7am group trail run. We ran the entire length of a local trail for 18, which was my goal. I felt so good at the end I went with a couple others for another 6.2 back to our car. I would have dug deeper to get the full marathon distance, but there was beer and cheeseburgers at the end.

I woke up at 10. There was a lot of drinking yesterday. Got breakfast and coffee, and now just chilling until I need to go teach some swim lessons at 3.
