I actually didn't do any drinking but I are way too many brownies.
We did the parade in the morning then hit the park for the carnival. Ended the day with swimming and hot dogs. After we put the kids to bed we made brownies and crashed on the couch with season 6 of White Collar on Netflix
Didn't even drink yesterday. I don't know when it happened, but drinking to the point of being hungover just doesn't sound like a good time to me.
Agree. Hangovers are stupid and hurt. Not worth it. I had a couple glasses of wine, and a lot of water. I am exhausted though. Long driving day, lots of sunny fun, then listening to fireworks until late. I might nap on the drive home.

Drank during the cook out etc. We headed to fireworks at 7 to find a seat. By that point I was just sleepy. And on s side note there is nothing worse than hearing "I have to poop" from your 4 year old son at 9:30...right before fireworks. We found a few port o lets, and edited in line. Luckily I had the flashlight on my phone because it was pitch black inside!!!
I drank a couple of grapefruit martinis but I haven't had a hangover in a long long time. I just pop a couple of Advil and eat a piece of bread before I go to bed. That's my trick.
Am I the only one that can't drink anymore? More than 1-2 glasses of wine and it just makes me sleepy and then I'm not having any fun.
Yes! After having kids, I feel like my chemistry must have changed the way I tolerate alcohol. I had 2 small margaritas on Friday and wanted to fall asleep at 10pm. My 25 year old self would be laughing so hard. Plus, as a mom, I need more of a tolerance after a long day with the kids then back then.
