That's awesome! I've been trying to lose about 40 lbs but I just can't seem to get motivated. I have way too much other things going on in my head. I've only managed 10 since Feb. I'm determined to get back "on the wagon" and get my butt in the gym at least 3 times this week.
Plateaus are hard but hopefully you won't be suck long.
I basically need the food police to come with live me and keep me from making bad choices. I've been so unbelievably tired lately and therefore have been overeating. When I'm tired I want to eat as I think it will give me energy. Spoiler: It never does. I haven't really gained any weight this year but I sure haven't made any progress on the 10 pounds I want to lose either....

That's awesome! Can i ask how long it took you? Are you counting calories? Calorie counting is the only thing that helps me chuck the weight, but I'm totally unsure about the amount I should be getting. I really need to get my arse in gear. I somehow believe I can get rid of 50 pounds by the end of November. I'm lazy. And old. I really should utilize this anonymous board for motivation.
Blah. Need candy. But you have inspired me and I'm leaving my kid with my husband and going in my 3.5 mile walk. Thanks!
You've lost that amount since March 1?! Holy smokes! That's really great! I need all your secrets. Seriously, I've lost a significant amount before and I generally have always been a healthy eater. But it's sugar that's my downfall. Like, an excessive amount daily,

I'm super impressed!
I think my average is 2.5 pounds per week. I had over 100 to lose though, so it melts off quickly at first. I'm doing a specific program with counseling and nutrition. I was stuck at 35 pounds lost for 4 weeks. and have been stuck at 40ish for 2 weeks now. I've hit a weight I spent over 5 years at, so my body is all, "hey! we're home! I like it here!"
That's awesome and super impressive! I am down 30 since Jam but a lot of that was baby weight I still have 30 to go. I fell off the wagon for a while but am down 9 in the past three weeks. My goal is 10 more before school starts and 10 more after that before we take the kids to Jamaica in Nov.
