I have a consult tomorrow morning with the OB who delivered C. She is not my normal doctor, so it's basically an appointment to go over my file from C's birth and to discuss if I'm a good candidate for a VBAC based on that experience. My normal doctor was very supportive of the idea and suggested the consultation just to get all the facts and determine how we move forward (when/if I switch to the OB later in the pregnancy or stay with the family practice).
Any idea what questions I should be asking at this appointment? What would you want to know?
Essentially the only reason I know for my C-section in the first place was a failure to dilate all the way to 10cm. I got to 9cm and stalled for several hours, and even pitocin didn't get me dilated the last centimeter. I have no clue if this makes me a good or bad candidate for TOLAC/VBAC.
