Thanks. I have been swimming 11000 meters per week!
It is such a hard sport. I just keep adding and adding to my list of things that need to be corrected (like pull closer to my body, finish my stroke when I am tired, stop over-reaching, rock my hips more...)
Yesterday at Masters we had to dive into the pool, swim to the other side, pull up on the wall 5 times and climb out, do a running dive, drill to the other side, repeat. It sounded like fun to me until I discovered that not only can I NOT pull up on the wall 5 times, I cannot even pull myself out of the pool. I was stuck in the pool!
Coach said I have no triceps :-( You will be a kickass runner light years before I am a kickass swimmer!
You should do a race here though and then I can draft off your toes!! Or at least try to draft. I suck at that too.
