For some reason I'm not a big fan of nude shoes in general - depending on any jewelry you might wear, I like metallic sandals for summer. Cute dress!

I would go with nude wedges or heels, but like a dark nude that's more skin tone rather than a bright patent leather nude. It'll make your legs look super long!

My first pick would be gold, followed by nude and then silver. Great dress, by the way. Very similar to the dress that I wore to my son's Christening, but mine had sleeves. I wore nude closed toe wedges.

I have the Meredith zipper wedge in tan from target that I wore with a similar color dress to one of my baby showers. I bought them in black too. Very comfy.

I also think you could do nude but could also do navy as well, especially if you got a necklace or earrings with navy.

Anything metallic esp. gold also looks good.
