Is she in your room? In bed with you or next to it?
I don't even know why I am asking as I am terrible at getting babies to sleep lol. Big hugs. I can promise it will get better.
LOL, this is what I was thinking too (about me, not jenny1980).
Can you stick her pacifier back in? Sometimes I think DD2 wakes up sort of halfway through a sleep cycle, and if I go in there and give her a paci she'll settle back down to sleep.

Oh man, this is the worst.
Do you swaddle? How warm/cool is her sleeping space? Does she have white noise? Is she getting enough breast milk?
DD1 was a great sleeper - 8 - 12 hrs from the get go. I was spoiled into thinking I had all the answers. Then DD2 arrived and made a liar out of me. She's 9 months old now and hasn't slept more than 5 hrs straight EVER. In the beginning we had to swaddle, shush, sway etc (all the 5S's from happiest baby on the block), nurse etc. Now we just nurse.
