I would do everything on a grill outside. A house smelling like any sort of food is off putting when showing. And clean up is so easy.
Recently we have grilled steak, fish, chicken, veggies - broccolini, asparagus, kebabs of tomato/mushroom/peppers, corn, foil packets of cheesy potatoes. Peaches and plums on the grill are delicious too.
Definitely grilled food. So easy, almost no clean up.
You could easily grill up a bunch of meat one night and use it in pasta, on top of salads, quesadillas and throw quick sides together like cous cous and quinoa

Thanks! I can't grill until 6 at the earliest so it might be the crockpot today. If it thrown in a bunch of chicken in, I should be good for a few days of chicken sandwiches, chicken quasadillas, chicken and pasta.

Grilled anything. Steak salad is easy, and pretty much no extra mess. I did a big salmon last week, and served it with a quinoa avocado salad - I cooked the quinoa in the morning. Grilled chicken. Or oven baked chicken, cooked in the morning and served cold. Pasta salad.
