I realy hope it lives up to the hype! I don't want it to be rotating hourly deals (a la goldbox or a Woot off) I don't ahve time to check back all day.
I'm tracking lots of items on Camelcamelcamel.com (<-- awesome site to see historical prices & get price drop alert) I hope it works.
ou didn’t think Walmart was going to stand by and watch it happen, did you? Walmart’s CEO and president announced the store’s own version of Prime Day yesterday: We’re kicking off some awesome deals this week that will be available for everybody with no hidden costs or admission fees, and they won’t be available for just one day. Our customers will see thousands of great deals on Rollback beginning this week along with some special atomic deals (more on that in the days to come). In addition, we’re rolling back our free shipping minimum order to $35 from $50, making it even easier for customers to save on shipping all summer long. USA Today has a few more details: Not one to let Amazon steal the sales spotlight, Walmart will launch a rival sale Wednesday to Amazon’s recently announced Prime Day, including more than 2,000 online exclusive “rollbacks,” Walmart’s word for discounts. The lower prices on items in categories including electronics, home, baby and toys will last 90 days, the typical time period for rollbacks, which Walmart usually has hundreds of at any given time throughout the year.

We are in the market for a new TV and a few smaller items so I hope it lives up to the hype! Probably not though.
I did strongly advise DH to add things we need to the Amazon wish list prior to tomorrow so that we're not buying a bunch of shit we don't need because OOOOOOO SALE!!!
I am already feeling the temptation but I dont really need anything so I need to BE STRONG lol.
I NEED THINGS! Like we're going to go to some combo of best buy/Costco to buy a small TV for the workout room and a DVD/Blueray player for the basement this weekend. And I need to replace my kindle. (probably...CS keeps leading me down these random paths of things to try to fix it.)
I feel dumb. Ok so that baby cheapskate page has a link and says click on "upcoming" to see the lightening deals for tomorrow. I see no upcoming link. Help?
I will be pissed if all the good shit is gone by 6am when I wake up. This is a work day, not a vacation day that I can head home after shopping and nap (like Black Friday). I'm not staying up till all hours of the night to buy shit. I don't understand why they can't start the sale at a normal hour, like 8am.

I just browsed and I'm not interested in anything until 6:50 AM. So yay

Help. How did you browse? Where? Like you'd explain to your grandma.

Click on the "Today's Deals" tab on Amazon's page. Scroll just a bit to get to the Lightening Deals and then click through to see current and upcoming offers.
Is it like the daily deals where you have to actually purchase basically right away or can you keep it in your cart and accumulate as the day goes on? The former doesn't make sense to me from a shipping efficiency perspective.
Haven't read the whole thread. Can someone just tell me if the Chantelle Rive Gauche bra is on there? It's $55 in the Nordstrom anniversary sale.
Yes, please. They actually make my size.
And mine! And you and I are very different sizes! This actually makes me love Chantelle more - yes, women of different sizes deserve pretty, functional bras!

Hey still combine when they can. (Same warehouse) I've purchased throughout the day and had things in the same box.
