I'm technically not in a first world anymore right? So do my problems count as first world problems? LOL just kidding
My current problem: Our shelves in our wardrobes are like pure plywood and I don't want to put my clothes on top of them. I cleaned it with a clorox wipe and it basically shredded it. I wanted to get maybe some fabric and cover it with fabric and then staple it. I was thinking shelf paper, but shelf paper doesn't stick to plywood. I have yet to find fabric or shelf paper and don't think I will find it....at least to my standards... Therefore, I have not unpacked. 1st world problem? maybe 2nd world problem? lol. Haha jk. It's definitely 1st world. Other worlds would just be happy to have clothes. lol.
I asked the teachers who have lived here for 2yrs if they knew of a fabric store and they told me they had never seen one! Then we actually saw one, haha. But the guy didn't speak English......He told us to come back, so maybe during a different time of day, someone speaks English.......And then there is the issue of finding a stapler that will work in plywood....

see, semi-not 1st world.
haha yeah - I guess you'll figure out what things you miss having and your family can mail you a care package
I want to go home now and I can go home now, but my bus doesn't come for another 40 minutes.
Bah, I hate that. Mine: I drove in today because I couldn't bear the thought of sitting in traffic on a bus that isn't air-conditioned. The last hot day on which that happened, I seriously felt ill by the time I got off. At least I can use pregnancy as an excuse and H won't judge.
But I've been driving in far too frequently lately... at $10 parking each day (early bird special), it is not a good habit to develop.
First world problem..... I've been trying to order this cutest Kate Spade clutch ever but it keeps sending me to the mobile site and when I try to add it to my cart it tells me to select a size but a clutch is one size!!! So I select to view the full site but when I click on the clutch it kicks me back to the mobile site!!!
I don't have my laptop with me and there is no KS store nearby and I checked three department stores and they don't have it either.
Spun's FWP reminded me of mine... I'm wearing a maxi dress today. It's kind of low cut, so I put a tank under it. My underwear are too big? And keep slipping down. My tank top is riding up. So I feel like I've been adjusting myself all day.
FWP: my work doesn't allow skirts/dresses on the factory floor (manufacturing company) and i'm out there pretty often. when the weather is nice, that's all i want to wear! it makes me hate hot weather and/or work cause i can't be "me".
The Starbucks on my way to work doesn't have the tasty peaches and cream muffins, only stupid blueberry that I don't like. I opted for a lemon loaf thinking it couldn't be too bad. (I don't like the taste of the official low-fat/low-sugar pastries they make, wasn't in the mood for an 8grain, and knew half the other stuff was at least 500cal each). Was doing my food logging at lunch and discvered it was 430!! That means...I have less than 300cal for dinner and I'm REALLY HUNGRY!! Plus, we had discussed going to a movie tonight and I want TASTEES!! *stomp*
Plusalso? 1 beer yesterday and I swear my belly chub is half doubled in size It's actually an ugly sagging tire-roll.
Rave: I managed to pair together some clothes into a nice outfit..and I had 3 compliments at work on it.

rant: Everything I think I can't live without for 2 months, DH thinks is dumb. Yet, I really think he's just mad because he doesn't want to ship this stuff for me and he has no "extras" he wants.
rave: I got my bright orange Tumi carry on bag today.
random: I'm super excited to meet everyone at the GTG on Sunday.
karimychel - you are being moved to CHICAGO because of HIS job...he can suck it up and ship some stuff for you!
Trust me, I've dropped that once, or twice.
Some of it is work stuff I need - other option I suppose is to quit my job?!?
The rest is kitchen stuff, I'm half tempted at this point to give in and when he asks for certain meals when we've moved say "sorry honey, I can't make that, I don't have xyz."
