We have a bunch of headshots that we want to put on a wall at the entrance of the office. Originally, we were going to do varying depths of standouts (see picture below), but it turns out that it's nearly impossible to get anyone to customize these and we are ideally looking to do a combination of 5x7 and 6x8 size prints, which are smaller than every company I've found will make. My boss wants there to be varying depth so the dimensions look a little different and will add visual interest to the wall. We talked about getting the pictures mounted on cardstock, or similar, and then putting different sized foam block behind them to create the varying depth he's looking for, but now that he's seen the standouts he doesn't like that option anymore.
Anyone have suggestions for how to make this happen and still have it look clean and professional? I'm bummed that I can't make the standout thing work.
