I'm so sorry. I was hoping yours would stay away (and mine). I have been avoiding talking about it b/c I didn't want to jinx it, lol.
I suspect mine is creeping back as well. I had my first REAL period last month and while it was kind of minor, it wasn't pleasant. I still have my fingers crossed though that having a kid did finally eliminate it?
(and for pp, tbc has done a lot of treatments, inc a crazy restrictive diet for awhile. I've had lap, lupron, years of continual bcp/no period to try to alleviate pain and other crap that i can't remember over about 15 yrs(?). Not snotty reply, just short summary. )

Me, too! I hadn't heard you say anything about yours being bad lately, either, so I was hoping it was gone. I wish I could just be pg forever, lol! I've had one light pp period (about a month and a half ago). I don't know if it has returned for good or not yet, but the pain has been bad all day today. I'm still nursing, but she has started solids now.
Laredo - I've had laps and, like tdk said, tried the endo diet as well. I was actually thinking about going vegan again (wahhhh) soon.
So, of course, I had a giant plate of cheese for dinner.
I'm sorry, I feel your pain (no pun intended). I had surgery 2 years ago where the endo was excised and I have been in very little pain since (this was after 5?prior laps). Turns out the endo and scar tissue had glued my ovaries to my uterus, or something crazy like that.

Laredo - my insides were all messed up, too. My appendix had to be removed because the tissue was twisted all around it and my intestines were all jacked up. Mine mostly seems to be bowel/intestine related and I also have horrible ovulation pain. I'm really glad that the laps worked for you!
Justlisa - it's a very strict, mostly vegan diet. Some people eat organic poultry while on it, or fish, but I cut that out when I'm on it, too. Here's a list of "NO foods": - Red meat - Dairy - Wheat/gluten - Soy - Sugar and artificial sweeteners - Caffeine - Alcohol - Packaged foods
"YES foods" are: - Fruits and veggies - Whole grains (excluding wheat and rye) brown rice, millet, quinoa, etc - Legumes - Seeds & nuts
and foods that are especially beneficial:
- Coconut oil - Onions - Green tea - Garlic - Pineapple, especially the core - Carrots - Plain yogurt - Seeds, especially sprouted - Red/purple berries - Rhubarb - Ginger - Peas/Lentils
