DS is 7 months and somewhere between 17.5 and 18 lbs. He wears size 4 Pampers Swaddlers but, recently, he's started sleeping on his stomach. The front of the diaper is always full of pee and ends up spilling over onto his stomach/clothes/sleep sack. What do you do for overnight diapers?
We use Huggies Overnights. Sometimes he doesn't leak, sometimes he does (usually if i slip and let him drink right up til bedtime instead of pull it a half hour before).

We used Pampers Baby Dry for overnight. ETA: One size up from her daytime diapers (Pampers Swaddlers/Cruisers).
More importantly, because DD was/is a stomach sleeper too, I just had to be sure that the diaper was put on so that it could retain all that pee up front. She wore the Baby Dry diapers practically Urkel-style.
Hmm...we haven't had that problem and C has been on his tummy for about a month. He's 15-15.5 lbs and in size 3 Huggies.
Ditto this. We're in size 3 Snugglers with no issues. Some mornings DS's diaper is completely saturated, but no leaks.
Yes, completely soaked too. I even have to fold C's diaper over because the 3's are a little big for him still (we ran out of 2's and it was pretty much time to size up anyways) and don't have any issues.
Ditto, we started using them when they started STTN and were having leaks. DS also is a belly sleeper. We still have leaks occasionally though so I'm actually thinking of going up a size again.
We use swaddlers during the day, and Huggies Overnights during the night.
I was using pampers baby dry during the night, but they starting leaking through the cloth part of the diaper - not like out of the leg holes or top of the diaper, but through the actual diaper. He'd wake up, and the crotch of his PJs would be covered in a bunch pin hole sized wet marks.
