So mostly I drink ice coffee from one of our local convenience store chain since I can make it myself and make it less unhealthy. However there's a local coffee shop that I go to occasionally when I'm in a certain part of town that's just amazing. Usually I remember to order a small because their coffee is strong but I forgot and now I'm super jittery. Is there anything to make that feeling pass besides time?

Food. Protein specifically helps me and water helps too. If I have more than a cup or so I get jittery too. I'll have some almonds or a sandwich and some water and that usually helps.

Yep, you need to eat. The only time I've had that jittery feeling was when I drank a grande caramel macchiato from Starbucks without having had any breakfast.

I am super sensitive to caffeine so I can feel that way even with food in my stomach. I had a kind bar prior to my coffee and a banana while drinking. I can't drink more than a single small cup of strong coffee.
