I can't shake the nausea and headache - contacts?

I'm not usually a weak stomach person, except for pregnancies, and for multiple reasons, I am NOT pg.

The only difference is that I have been trying out contacts after being a non contact wearer for the past 15-20 years. They aren't working out, either, my eyes were really dry and I had to keep trying to focus i order to see. I haven't even had them in today. I did 3 hours the first day and I don't even think more than 2 hours yesterday.
