DS' birthday is in 2 weeks, and we're doing a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse themed b-day party. What other food should I have, if anything? 15 adults, 5 kids. Kiddos in attendance are all 2 (or slightly younger). I've got 3 vegetarians, and one GF/Celiac to accommodate. We'll have cake & ice cream:
Mickey's "Club"house Sandwiches (Meat & Vegetarian for adults) Hot Diggity Dog Crescents (kiddos) Minnie's Bowtie Pasta Salad
Goofy's Garden Veggies, Fruit & Dip
Donald's Cheese & Quakers
Pluto's Potato & Tortilla Chips & Dip
Daisy's Deviled Eggs
Clarabelle's Caprese Salad
Too much? Too Little? Do I need to switch/add anything?

Cute! Sounds yummy. If you were going to cut anything I might not do the caprese salad. Maybe Clarabelle & Pete could have one of the drinks? Nuts for Chip & Dale.

What main menu item is for the GF/Celiac? I would starve off of just salad, also if you are not making the dips from scratch, I may not be able to eat that either (a lot have thickening agents made from gluten).
Possibly add: Hummus for the veggies (GF friendly) bean salad/baked beans/nuts (something with protein)
mandapanda18, good suggestions on the Hummus & Bean sides. Any suggestions for a main? What about GF Meatballs (is there such a thing)?
There are! Or even just making some tri-tip or brisket, or bbq chicken (it just didn't seem like you were wanting to "cook"). You can google recipes for meatballs that sub out corn flakes (GF friendly ones of course) for the bread crumbs
