Party City customer service rave!

I ordered two Viking Halloween costumes, a dragon pinata, balloons, and a few other How to Train your Dragon party supplies.  I had to do it online because the stores don't have HTTYD.  The pinata arrived crushed and one of the costumes had a seam that wasn't sewn.  I called to see what they could do.  They are resending a costume and pinata and they don't want me to send the damaged items back.  I can probably use the broken pinata as a party decoration if I give it a little TLC.  I sewed up the rip and now I don't have to worry if DS2 grows before Halloween because I'll have the next size up costume in reserve.

That was easier than I thought it would be and more than I was expecting.
