I did pretty well last week, but indulged in perhaps too much alcohol over the weekend. This week should be good though- lean meats, veggies, stir fry.
I've been putting off weigh-ins recently and that will probably continue until next week.

Today is day one of giving up sweets. My sugar cravings/consumption has been out of control lately, and I feel like I need to kind of reset. Two of my co-workers are also doing this with me, so we should all be in great moods this week, lol.
I have been eating really well. Repetitive menus are my friend. Turkey on toast with lettuce every lunch, a fruit smoothie for breakfast, and decently healthy dinners.
I'm also up to an hour on the elliptical. I did a hair over 3 miles today. I'm going to add Barre videos at night.
