I've sold tickets on CL but never bought before. The concert is tomorrow so these people just need to get rid of the tickets and are taking a loss. Fantastic seats but I'm worried about being scammed and out $200+.

Yes. Yes I would, however, I would pay them via paypal or something else that has protection for the buyer. I would not meet the person with cash to get the tickets.
StubHub has great buyer protection and I have been able to find face value tickets there. (Mini soapbox though that I hate scalpers and have never bought concert tickets over face value. StubHub is sort of infamous for supporting scalpers so I am hesitant to recommend them... but the protection is excellent and CraigsList is super risky.)
Shania Twain!! I've loved her since early 2000s, probably earlier. She's also coming in September but tomorrow's date would work so much better for me.
Yeah this guy only had the printouts, no hard tickets. When I said I would like to pay via PayPal to protect us both and then would be calling the venue for them to issue new barcodes he said he doesn't have PayPal and doesn't know how to do that. It might be true but I just didn't want to potentially be ouy that much money.
