Ahhh! The wifi is working! Who knows for how long. My boobs are killing me because Juliet has been cluster feeding all night. She just fell asleep and I'm afraid to move her.
I should be getting discharged tomorrow. I had H take the camera and laptop home when he visited today because with the wifi not working it was useless to have them here. Soooo the only pics I have right now are ones I took on my cellphone.
She has the chubbiest cheeks and even though she is 9 pounds she seems tiny. Like all the extra weight is in her cheeks. I was also on IV for quite a while so maybe she was a little inflated from that.
Either way, you guys! I am so in love. She has this squeaky cry and I love kissing her teeny lips and nose.
I was worried that I would feel differently about her than I do about Jack but that's just silly. I feel like she was the missing piece and our family is complete (well it better be because I got my tubes tied).
Jack is so sweet with her. He is just in love and wants to kiss her head and her tiny feet. Watching him with her I am overflowing with love, I can't even put it Into words.
Pics!! I'll post the goods ones when I get home! ETA; it's not letting me attach photos. I'll try in the next post.

I'm kicking myself for sending the laptop home with H today! I wanted to marathon Grey's on Netflix, it won't be the same on my phone. Oh, also, good pictures have to wait.

Thanks!! I forgot how teeny and snugly newborns are.
C sections, however, are no frigging joke. I was terrified. And while they were tying my tubes they had to move stuff and the pressure on my chest I thought i was going to die. He even got the mask ready to give me laughing gas but then the pressure eased up.
Being in recovery and not being able to move for a good half hour was so scary. And now the gas. OMG. I thought that it would be the incision that hurts (and I'm sure it does) but the trapped gas in there is terrible.
Oh, a girl I went to elementary and high school with was one of my OR nurses. So that was awkward since all my bits were out there...
Omg I had the WORST gas pains but in my shoulder/collar bone. It hurt more than my incision. Moving around helped some but it just took time. The pain Meds helped too.

Oh honey, I cannot tell you how happy and relived I am to hear from you and see you and your perfect, amazing little girl healthy and well. She is gorgeous, K, just lovely like the rest of her family! Jack and Juliet are perfect together! So much love, sweetheart!

When H brought Jack over on Monday night he forgot the doll that Jack picked out for Juliet. Jack was so sad ad he told the nurse "I forgot my sister's present; it's a doll because sisters like dolls. My sister is a girl". The way he kept saying sister just melted me.
Here she is right now. Wearing Jack's old sleeper because she peed all over we cute berry one. She gave me a 4 hour sleep stretch! And had a giant poop. She has just nursed and we are going to roam the halls. Apparently if I don't release the trapped gas I can't go home.
She is so beautiful!! Are you on any laxatives? That helped tremendously with my gas/poop post c. Congrats again
They keep giving me stool softeners. I'm drinking some mint tea because that is supposed to help. We had to come back from wandering the halls because someone was rooting again. I feel like the walking got things ready to move along. TMI. Lol. Oh, childbirth.

The stool softeners did nothing for me, I need the actual stuff to help me go. Miralax maybe or something that sounds like it. Hope you go soon!
