Does baby food actually expire? One of my fiancés coworkers gave us a huge bag of jarred food when DD was born that their son hadn't eaten. We just remembered we had it, and the majority of it has "best by" dates of May-July 2015.
smell it first, but i'm sure it's fine. "best by" doesn't mean it turns toxic a day later
A few days late - okay. I would only give the July expiry ones. I wouldn't risk it.
What age did your kid start understanding options and make choices? Especially if the items weren't in front of them to look at and point to.
"Do you want X or Y?" Is usually met with "yes." Or "okay!" But she'll also often parrot back the last thing is say, "or Y!" When can I expect her to get this concept?
Leo will be starting daycare for the first time in two weeks. Any general tips about what to send? They didn't give much direction.
For a 2 year old? A spare change of clothes (labeled of course), and sunscreen. Anything more specific is up to the center. At my IH daycare, we don't send cups or blankets or anything like that.
