Update: I've finally been released. Thank you guys for keeping me company last night.
I went back to my doctor last Thursday because I started having the same severe pains that were a symptom I had leading up my surgery just this past May. The found more endometriosis in my abdominal cavity. They also found a decent sized tumor on my cervix. I had a bad pap that resulted in three biopsies this past December; all came back precancerous. Anyway, the doctor was concerned enough that I had another surgery this morning.
I am high as a fucking kite because they had to put me on Dilaudid; everything else made me violently ill, and I'm stuck here overnight.
I'm getting scared. I know its premature because the biopsy of that tumor won't be available for a week. Its just that this is my 3rd surgery for endometriosis since February 2014. Its been 4 in five years if you count the emergency hysterectomy after DD's birth. Also three precancerous results in December, followed by a tumor large enough that was initially detected with an internal exam, does not seem like a good hand of cards to me.
If anyone is still up, want to play AMA? Or talk about anything else? I really need a distraction.
Distracting AMA: Dream vacation? Where will you go, what will you do, and what does your personal server bring you a bottomless glass of?
I have two. I want to take DD to Disney World by next summer, and I really want to go all out on that trip. My first dream trip will go after that. I've had it planned since college. I like to dabble in studying art history, and architecture in particular. I want take an old pilgrimage hike that goes from Burgundy in France, to Santiago de Compostela in Spain, and then back to end in Paris. I'm planning to walk or bike the entire trip. I'd also like to do this in the next 7 years. My health since DD was born as basically caused me to try and achieve everything on my bucket list by 40.
As for my glass, chai lattes if in the morning, and chilled bourbon (no ice) in the evenings.
Who is your favorite superhero & why? - Ok, this one is hard. I'd have to say either Iron Man or Batman, because they are the most regular people. I like the idea that there might be people good enough to take their resources and just say "I'm actually going to try and save the world." If we're talking about attraction though, Deadpool wins hands down. I have a severe weakness for sarcasm.
Godzilla vs Power Rangers: who wins? - I'm going to say Godzilla. I don't think the kids would be able to get it together and build their robot before they were crushed.
i'm so sorry. question: what's your dream or favorite date, and i don't mean this
I really like coffee dates. I think its more fun to be on a date where you can feel relaxed and its still nice outside and people watch. My second choice would be ice skating. I think that's one of the most fun couple activities ever.
I have a horrible crush on a good friend and former coworker. I've known him for several years. I haven't pursued him because between being at the end of my divorce process and my health, I don't think I can do any kind of relationship. I would not want this guy to be a rebound. Anyway, we see each other at least once per week. We go to this awesome cafe, trade books, and usually end up taking a long walk in the park.

ice skating - or any other winter activity honestly - is a death trap for me lol! i've bruised and dislocated my tailbone and rolled/deep tissue bruised my ankle a lot. and good for you, understanding where/when you think you're comfortable dating wise.
Do you prefer to seek out cute kitten or cute puppy videos online? Bonus points if you post a favorite.
Puppies; especially German Shepherds. Not a video, but here are pictures of my last Shepherd. He passed three years ago. His name was Kaiser. The guy is my brother.
Ack! Sorry!! However (to cheer you up;)), I like your music taste- nice!! Ok: Favorite book? Last book you read? Any books on your list that you'd like to read?

Thank you!
My favorite book is "Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal" by Christopher Moore. I have over half of is books and am working on collecting the rest. He is hilarious.
I'm also really into graphic novels. I have just started reading "Ex Machina: The First 100 Days."
I would strongly recommend one called "Strong Female Protagonist." It is a web series, but published its first book last year.
I am sorry Chuppa. I hope you get good news from the biopsy and that this is the last surgery for you.
I had dilaudid when I was in the hospital 2 years ago. OMG, that stuff was so great. It made me feel warm all over, like I was wrapped in a warm blanket, and then I'd pass out. It was glorious.
