I only have one....but we did a lot of tummy time with him and he was still really late to roll. I think he did belly to back once or twice at like 4 months, then didn't do it again until maybe 10 or 11 months. Didn't crawl until 13 months, pulled up at 14 months, still not walking at 16 months. He's a big kid with a HUGE head and a really high center-of-gravity, so I think that may have contributed to his delays. He's also just really easy-going and for a long time was content to just sit and play with his toys where he was, and wasn't motivated to move himself to get toys or reach for things. Bottom line -- tummy time is great, but all kids are different (body composition, temperament, etc), so I don't think you can say for sure that lack of tummy time did or didn't cause any differences you're seeing in when your kids meet different goals.
Ds1 practically walked before he rolled (literally rolled for the first time a couple weeks before taking his first steps at 11 months). Ds2 was rolling after a few weeks.

DD2 did everything later then DD1. And honestly rolled like probably twice before she started crawling and then never rolled again. I wore her A LOT more. I have no idea if that's why, but our pedi wasn't concerned.
My DS was crawling and pulling to stand before he rolled. He was a chunk, so while that made him sturdy and steady, it was also a lot of meat to roll over. Or that was at least how I rationalized it.
My 9 month old still doesn't roll much from front to back. He rolls from back to front with no problem. If he's on his stomach now he's usually sitting himself up or crawling now.
I just have 1 but E didn't roll (AFAIK, maybe he did at daycare) at all until a couple days shy of 4 months. He still doesn't roll that much, just occasionally. He gets a decent amount of time on his tummy but doesn't like it that much. He gets frustrated easily. He rolls side to side a lot (he has discovered sleeping on his side and loves it) but pretty much stops there. E is strong too so I'm not too worried about it!
DD didn't roll until about 6.5 months. Even then, she would just roll every two weeks or so to shut us up. DS will be 7 months this week and has not rolled either way. He's a giant baby (22lbs) and apparently has no ambition. Lol.
