Not MCC but I spin. I don't think my thighs have gotten any bigger. Actually they slim down the more I do it. They and my butt get really toned. I haven't taken a spin class in a few weeks and I noticed my legs are actually bigger now that I haven't done it.

Also a spinner...spinning is my fav workout. I feel so toned after...works all your muscles if you do it right. Its more a workout for your core than anything.
I used to spin for years and my thighs never got big. Also, years ago I worked out extensively with a personal trainer and he would make me do squats, lunges and step ups like a mad women and I was always under the assumption that my legs would be huge and he explained to me that with our low testosterone levels that it is unlikely going to happen and it never did! My legs were very toned and shapely never big and thick. Damn...I miss those days!
