My husband has the Swissgear one and has used it for years. It's a great backpack and is durable but we both find it to be so hot to wear. We've been looking at this LL Bean one for short day hikes.
The simpler the better. Security checks every pocket and pouch, so the fewer pockets, the quicker you get through the line. We used a basic Jansport with a main pocket and a side pocket and moved through quickly.

I love my Herschel backpack:
Two main pockets only, fully lined and the straps are super comfortable/padded and have a mesh layer for better ventilation. Plus lots of cute colors: shop.herschelsupply.com/collections/backpacks
I bought an Addidas backpack recently and used it at Disneyland last week and it worked very well. It was comfortable, had tons of space, and was only 50ish dollars.

If you are going to DisneyLAND, I actually suggest that you just take whatever you have and then get a locker. It's $7/day, but so worth it. We always bring frozen water bottles and a change of shoes, sunscreen, sweatshirts, and a few other things. By mid-day, we are ready to put our sweatshirts away until evening, for some cold water, and different shoes, but earlier in the day, we don't need anything from the backpack. I carry a very small cross body canvas bag with my phone, sunglasses, money, etc.
