I know it's already Wednesday but it's been a weird week here and I haven't done any planning for the rest of the week yet, so I need inspiration. Last night and tonight are left overs but I need to figure out the rest of the week.
So far this week we've had spaghetti, steaks, and chicken pot pie. Tonight is leftovers. Tomorrow is grilled chicken on spinach salad and Friday is blackened tilapia.
I've never been good with meal planning, but this is the second week I've been using a meal planning service and it is awesome.
We had frozen pizza on Monday. Last night was burgers on the grill. Tonight's Campbells Oven Roasted chicken with potatoes and carrots. I just finished making brownies for dessert. Tomorrow's hot dogs on the grill Friday is our regular frozen pizza night. Saturday no idea, but H and I are on our own. Maybe we'll go out? Sunday no idea, but we have to figure it out with my dad and brother.
Next week, we have the following on the grocery list, but no set days yet: - breakfast enchiladas (super yummy! They are my favorite recipe from MIL) - chicken fingers and fries - turkey breast with all the fixing. and apple crisp because I want apple crisp.
I don't have set days yet, but I'm making quiche and a sweet potato-cheese-egg bake thingy. I also want to have H grill some burgers soon. We also have some leftovers to use up. Nothing too exciting!
Tonight we're having Orange Chicken, rice, salad and maybe a smoothie. It's Trader Joe's frozen version, but if you feel like cooking I have made a pretty delicious homemade version too. It takes about 2 hours, but so yummy.
I have recommended this recipe at least 10 times on here. It is THE BEST. We make it at least once a week in the summer, and I've memorized the recipe. I can't stress enough how awesome it is!!!
