Anyone use this? I know the previous model was recalled due to safety issues. I am thinking of this for supervised napping. Basically a spot to put the baby so i can eat dinner. Her reflux is worse in the evenings and come 5pm it is near impossible to put her down anywhere and she doesn't really sleep for hours. Last night I tried to put her when she was sound asleep in the RNP and within a couple minutes it was full on crying. I could hear the transition of the acid coming up and waking her up.
We started new meds yesterday so hopefully that helps. I think everything was worse since she didn't have her midday dose of the old meds. The new one is twice a day instead of 3 times.
This is pricey for another device she won't be comfortable in. We have a little swing downstairs but she hates it.
eta: She will sleep/sit in the rocker of this for like 10-15 minutes but it isn't elevated at all. She is almost flat. It looked more inclined in store since all are shown on a tilt.
We have one and used it as a spot to put her down while in the family room. Honestly dd has never slept in it and out grew it around 4 months. (She's 5ish months now) Dd only lasted in it for around 20min and liked her bouncy seat better. I bought at target on clearence (online return) and don't think I would have paid full price.
We also have one, purchased on impulse when we couldn't figure out what else to try. My impression is that it's really expensive for what it is. Do you know anyone who can lend you one to see how it works before spending the money on a new one?

We are the first in our circle of friends to have kids :/
I thought it was pricey for what it looks like but at this point I'm willing to pay anything to give her comfort. I'm not sure if this will be the solution since she is still so uncomfortable in the RNP and that has a good incline. $50 is what I think this thing should be priced at, but I know research and development affects pricing a bit.
I may be retuning my bassinest since it is defective, so that would be $250 back. Replacement part just arrived so going to try it out. I have high hopes she can sleep flat at some point and I love the ease of the bassinest.
I love love love my daydreamer. I have been using it since DD was a newborn (she is 5 months now). When she was brand new she would sleep in it, but now it's a place to chill while I eat dinner or am doing something in the kitchen. DD really loves being in this chair. It's annoying how expensive it is, but I would buy it again based on how much we have used it.

Thanks! I checked out both the sleeper and boppy lounger at buybuybaby but didn't buy anything. I'm too undecided. I thought my husband would be upset about the $130 but when I mentioned I was at buybuybaby he said it was fine if I bought the sleeper and we would make it work.
I'm giving her new meds a couple days to kick in and then I will make a decision.
