Tell me what to do with my hair. I have an appointment next Friday. I wasn't considering doing anything but a trim, but then I was looking back at old photos of me with short hair and started thinking maybe I should cut it short again.
I just did a pretty decent chop and color and I'm 36 weeks pregnant. I love it. I feel lighter and just feel like a change was good since otherwise I'm feeling just fat and tired lately.
ETA: I mean, I'd get a trim for sure, but nothing drastic until a good bit PP. If you've had longer hair for a while I think you'll really regret cutting it short in the sweaty, sleep-deprived early days.
You do look really cute with it short though!
Hmmm, I disagree. I don't even look as good as you do with shorter hair, but chopping it all off at week 36 of my pregnancy was so freeing! I loved it. I was also hugely pregnant and then a nursing machine furnace at the height of summer with no a/c in my home, so shorter hair was cooler. And the pp hair loss was much easier to deal with v. When I had longer hair the first time around.
So, CHOP!!! If you have enough to donate, that would be even better.
I as in the same situation as you, mans went back to the chin-length bob about 2-3'months PP. I love it! I would also advise waiting until after the birth to do anything drastic.....

I chopped mine at 35 weeks. It was a lot shorter than I wanted but had to cut it to a certain length to donate. I was happy I had a month to grow it out so I might be able to get it into a ponytail (for during labor, etc). Then baby showed up a week after my haircut, lol
As PP said, it was SO much easier to deal with short and wasn't in my face as much, even without ponytail options. And hair loss was a little less terrifying at least.
It's also just hair. If you don't like it, it'll grow :-)
I voted for trim only so that you could still put it in a ponytail. I lived for the ease of pulling it back in that pp phase. It's so cute short though, so you can't go wrong either way.
