I am in full on purge mode. 2 bags of trash, 4 bags for goodwill, 1 bag to sell. I feel like I do this every couple of weeks and am STILL overrun with crap.

I am amazed how much we have. It's like there are 3 people and 1 dog, where did it come from?
P is doing a new form of therapy where his left hand is wrapped up so he is forced to use his right hand more. I know it's best for him but I feel bad basically tying his dominant hand behind his back. Also it's pretty obvious and I'm nervous about getting comments in public.

FI is home (he's been away since Monday for a conference). DS comes home from Camp Grandma tomorrow. I'm sure re-adjusting to his home schedule will be loads of fun. :/
The only room I half a$$sed was the laundry room because I have an insane amount of dirty gross straw covered barn laundry to do. I'll clean the laundry room after that disaster.
I told DH I just needed 5 minutes of quiet when he tried to turn the living room tv on. He huffed but is now stomping around the kitchen. Omg dude just wait a few minutes.
I met a potential mom friend at story time today. She has a 2.5 year old girl and a 4 month old boy. I'm excited, but nervous because I feel like we have to do that awkward mom-friend dating thing. LOL
I got a facial today and it was amazing. I forgot how much I miss getting them. Maybe now that I'll be working I can treat myself more often than once a year.

DD wanted to wear undies to bed tonight but we're not there yet, so I convinced her to wear a pullup and put the undies over it. She agreed. I feel like a ROCKSTAR. I DEFEATED THE TODDLER!!!

What a difference 24 hours makes! Ds was like a different child tonight. He sat and are most of his dinner without a fight and was very pleasant! We even went for ice cream without any issues.
DD wanted to wear undies to bed tonight but we're not there yet, so I convinced her to wear a pullup and put the undies over it. She agreed. I feel like a ROCKSTAR. I DEFEATED THE TODDLER!!!
Sometimes DD would wear underwear UNDER the pull-up. She'd put them on after bath like a big girl, then we'd just throw the pull-up on before she went to sleep as an extra precaution. Yes, it would get soaked sometimes, but at least she could experience what that was like.
A year or two ago, DS took an art class at a local community center on Saturday mornings. He has asked to do it again, and now DD is old enough to go to the class with him. It is rare that they are in an activity at the same time, so if they both agree, H and I will have 2 hours on Saturday mornings free! H immediately jumped to "oh, we can have sex for 2 hours!," while I was all "think of all the projects we could do around the house!"

I thought about that but thought she might wake up due to being wet and I don't want to deal with that.
H tried to proposition me today and I was like "didn't we just do it yesterday??" he said "yeah but we won't be alone in the house again for four days!" Yeah, not sexy.

I'm exhausted tonight, thanks to a big workout this morning. I'm currently trying to decide whether to go to bed now (yes, at 8:30), or stay up to watch the debate and the last Daily Show. I'm so torn! Sleep is so tempting, but laughing/crying over both Trump's idiocy and JS leaving sounds pretty good, too.

ME TOO! And I found a surprising amount of stuff for the consignment sale.
How did we end up with 3 PNPs?!
How did you manage to move with 3 PNPs and not question it.
I say this as someone who thought I purged before we moved. Nope. Still had a crap ton of stuff to sell a month later.
DS starts daycare on Monday. Tomorrow we're going to cuddle all day. I'm so sad about it. I love my job and have no desire to SAH, but I'm barely going to get to see him once work starts.
Before bed we played hide-and-seek with DD. It was hilarious because every time she hid it was in the exact same spot one of us had just hidden. Then when she was hiding we would call out things like, "Wheeeeere's Audrey?", "Is she in the closet?" etc. and she would answer! She doesn't get the idea of picking her own spot and staying quiet. It wore her out and was so much fun though!
I'm proud that during nap I made all of my reading response journals for the year. I did that instead of napping or sitting on my butt the whole time. Now they're in my car and ready to be brought to school!

We got home from our trip to Montana yesterday. M is a fucking mess without routine. He is currently screaming in his crib. Last night he didn't fall asleep until well after 11pm and when we woke him this morning for daycare he kept crying and asking to go take a nap.
After discussing how needy DS was today DH said "well isn't it so nice to be able to spend that much time with him" and "once he starts preschool and the girls come over you'll hardly have to deal with him".
Got to hear baby #2 again today! I haven't been feeling as much movement as I expected yet this time, so my mind of course went to the worst case scenario. Chill out, Glitzy!
C has decided his new favorite word is "sure" and it's driving H and I insane. "Colin, do you want more milk?" "Sure!" "Colin, want to read books?" "Sure!"
