My first went though a strike around 8 weeks. My LC told me to catch him right when he woke up and/or when we was tired and latch him then. That worked a bit. A quiet room with low lights helped, too.
She also told me to offer frequently, but not force it. Try not to stress as the baby can sense that.

When DS2 strikes, nursing him while pacing around the house works well for us. Hang in there, I know it's stressful but it's temporary! Ours last about 2-3 days.
Some ideas to try: - Take the edge off with an ounce or two in the bottle, then try to nurse - Get him to suck on the pacifier, and as he nods off, quickly switch to the breast - Does he like the bath? Take a bath or shower with him, and try to nurse - If he likes to be worn, try nursing in the carrier - Get your milk going manually or with the pump, then try putting him on when the milk's flowing - I might even try Tylenol, in case he's in pain from the shots
Hang in there. Babies are jerks, but he'll come around
