DS had his MMR & Chicken Pox vaccine 11 days ago. He has had a low grade fever off and on since Wednesday, around 99 or 100. He is also cutting his two front teeth but that seems to be taking forever.
The fever quickly goes away with Motrin. I know I will take him in if this continues through the weekend. I am just wondering if anyone else experienced this. I have read that a low fever 12-14 days after Chicken Pox can be fairly common.
We were to,d that a delayed fever a week or two after the mr was normal and to only come in if it refused to go down with medicine or if it was really high. I honestly wouldn't even worry about it unless it gets worse or there are other symptoms.

Yes- ours started a week after the MMR and lasted 4 days. I called on the 4th day and the doc said if it didn't go away with in 24 hours to bring him in.
