I checked my old state and got a hit on my maiden name under an old address, but not an amount. I filled out the request form anyway. In eleventyseven weeks I'm sure I'll get a letter in the mail with another form to fill out to claim my $2.94 or something like that, haha.
I have two less than $1 items and the state wants a bunch of information and my first born.
I checked my state and have somewhere between $35-75 in my name, however, they were reported (2 amounts) by a bank I've never banked out. What do you guys think? Would you pursue this?

Found $53 for me. Found $25 for mom and $35 for dad. Found some $$ for some deceased aunts and uncles so I might get grandpa to claim them since its for his older brother and one of his nieces. Its almost $300 and he could use the cash.
Found $20-30 for DH and $10 for me. DH's was easy. Electronic form. 30 seconds. For mine (same state) I have to provide a shit ton of ID stuff. I'll probably skip it!
I always find nothing, which bothers me because I should have $25 somewhere. It was a deposit to open a credit union account that I never used, then eventually the CU told me they have no record of me or where my $25 went.
