I recently ordered black and the purple/plum Rockstars. I noticed they're made out of different material (there's a post somewhere about it) and I needed different sizes for each color.
I have a couple pairs and found that I had to go up 2 sizes! I did notice that they have 2 versions of the Rockstars and I only have the one version so I can't comment on both. I'm going to head there today to try on some more
I just bought a few pair this weekend (plum, royal blue & kelly green) and they seem to run small. I actually had to go up 2 sizes in the Rockstars from what I usually wear in the Diva/Flirt.

I went to ON 3x this weekend, and I tried a few pairs of Rockstar jeans every time. The black pair is made of different material than the other colored ones. I normally wear a size 4/6, and I had to go up 2 sizes (mainly b/c of my wide calves).
I tried and I tried (b/c I love the ON colored denim colors), but they just didn't work for me. (ON pants normally don't work for me though.) I did, however, buy a pair of the Gap ankle zip leggings and I liked them much more- the fit and quality are better than ON, and I believe they're currently running 30% off in store.
I went up one size and they were a little snug in the legs but fit perfect in the waist. I didn't want to go up a size because I would have had the gaping in the waist. The dressing room girl said they do stretch a little bit so being a tad snug was perfect.
I tried skinnies at ON yesterday. All the skinnies said "stretch" on the tag. I'd go up a size or two for the Rockstar fit, but I thought they were too short. I liked the Sweetheart fit and they were TTS. The Diva fit was looser in the ankles - kind of a skinny/straight leg hybrid and TTS.
I tried on the Rockstar skinnies - I had to go up 2 sizes in order for them to fit over my thighs (which aren't all that huge to begin with), but they were still short. And sadly, the colors I want are either sold out in the long size, or aren't available in anything other than regular length. Boo.

My ones from last year were hit or miss on the quality. Some look great, but some have not worn too well. The BDG ones from Urban Outfitters looked a lot nicer IRL and they typically go down to $39 on sale at some point in the fall. They also offer 2 different lengths.
