The MN cities on that list are all Twin Cities suburbs, so they're pretty close to one another. I think the Twin Cities area is nice, but I live here!
hey, me too. i seriously cannot believe how awesome it is, and i have lived ALL OVER THE PLACE. everyone says that once you move here, you don't leave, and i can see why. i haven't spent a winter here, yet, though

MN is a very nice place.....If the weatherman could change Jan & Feb weather I would move there. Get the warmest coat, gloves, boots you can possibly find!!!
My husband just went to Minneapolis on business and said he was shocked how much he enjoyed himself. Kinda made me want to visit. Just not during the winter...
I grew up in MN, so I can vouch for those places! Lakeville is a little "meh" IMO. I would choose Apple Valley over Lakeville, but Eagan is close too. And yes, these are all very close to one another.
ETA: My in laws live in Waukesha, WI (#99). It is pretty nice!

#12 has some seriously good colorists that serve wine! I have no idea what I will do when we finally have to move. I think it will be very traumatic for me and my hair. That is the only thing I like about our area. Haha!
