Remember when we first came to ProBoards and we were worried that leaving ThePlaceThatShallNotBeNamed would mean no more random people coming onto the board and it would be a lot less fun without that?
I heard she was hired to head up a multi-billion dollar tech company, then drove it into the ground with tens of thousands of layoffs, multi-million dollar losses despite billions in revenues, the loss of good will of the company's only living namesake, disastrous acquisitions and mergers, and a failed attempt at a Senate candidacy....
What?
I'm sorry. I've just been advised that I had Hillary confused with someone else.
Because they can't really trot out "experience" with HRC like they did with Obama. So the new GOP buzz word will be "accomplishments." Got it.
Exactly.
Honestly if they want to make this about accomplishments, bring it on.
HRC is easily the one of the most accomplished presidential candidates in history, if not the most.
While the rest of these losers were busy gutting women's health, passing stand your ground laws, destroying public education, and running up deficits, she was one of the architects of the law that gave us the lowest rate of uninsured people ever, then went on to build diplomatic relations around the world.
They can fuck right off with this accomplishment nonsense.
If you google this topic most of the hits will be from Rs talking about how HRC has no accomplishments. Hardeeharhar. This poster is clearly reading the talking points carefully. But if HRC has none what do the Rs have?!?! Do they really want to open this door?!
"Not gonna lie; I kind of keep expecting you to post one day that you threw down on someone who clearly had no idea that today was NOT THEIR DAY." ~dontcallmeshirley
I want to say one more thing. What the GOP is defining as "accomplishment" is actually a very male-centric, narrow view of the word "accomplishment."
If you define accomplishment as only the things that you independently led and managed, then obviously a CEO or a Governor is going to have a longer list.
But "accomplishments" is so much more than that. I want to know that someone can work on a team or can develop ideas that other people respect and carry through to completion. Someone doesn't need to be the star or hold an official title of that suggests they are in charge to have accomplished something.
In 2008, everyone was all, OMG as Secretary of State, she is going to steal the spotlight from Obama because she's a power hungry bitch. What is he thinking?!?!?!! But she didn't. She did her job without fanfare like a dedicated member of the administration and team player should do. And now these same people are all, BUT WHAT DID SHE DO!!!!!!!!!!!
That's not how this works. Her accomplishment is that she contributed in a meaningful and important way to the Obama administration's foreign policy and diplomacy. If you think the administration has done a good job there, there is her accomplishment. What more do you need to know?
Don't pretend you'd respect her more if she was a glory hog.

Ugh. I just realized the OP is the troll. I seriously thought someone had taken the stupid article and used it as a "ha ha, look how dumb Republicans are! Let's all talk about how great Hillary is!" I didn't realize OP actually thought that was a real thing. My apologies to everyone in this thread for contributing to her foolishness.
