Anyone else? My joints got achy during pregnancy and breastfeeding, which I sort of attribute to the hormones that loosen up your ligaments. When I weaned it got better, but not 100%.
Did this happen to anyone else? I feel like pregnancy aged me 20 years and I'm all creaky-knees-oldz when I get down to the floor with my toddler

Slightly different but after both kids I got tendinitis in my knees. I had to do PT, and the therapist said it was probably due to all the joint loosening hormones. Fun times.
Huh. I was just thinking a couple days ago that my joints are so much more creaky and stiff than they used to be. I hadn't considered that it could be from having DS.

My pelvis hurt/was super weak despite religious pelvic exercises during pregnancy. I kept it up afterwards once cleared for activity and after a few months (2/3?) things got better.
I had a progressive problem with this after my DD. It started off pretty subtle but eventually I had a hard time even just getting up off the floor. I ended up in the ER at about 5 months pp and on a round of prednisone. In my case, I got a viral infection a few weeks post partum and it ended up attacking my joints. I figured it was just normal pain and I was crazy and continued training for my half marathon which just made things worse.
So, I think it can be normal but you need to keep an eye on it.

All of my joints were SO painful for a while, but since you brought it up I realized they don't hurt at all anymore. If I had to guess it got better around 10-12 months?
