So as far as I know those bastards have not released the trailer shown at D23 online. But some articles have described some things. I'll put the two I find most interesting in spoiler tags.
so Natasha is seen fighting Hawkeye and it seems she sides with Tony over Cap. Obviously this is a gut punch because she and Cap belong together lol. Even if not romantically, I love them working together. Cap 2 is my favorite movie of the MCU and maybe ever because of the two of them.
The second spoiler is that there is a double agent. This points to Natasha I think. I mean - who would be the most capable? Her, obviously. But who knows. That would make me happy and would be in character for her and her relationship with Cap...
It's Marvel's fault there aren't pics. But I will go to my Civil War filming pics stash. There have been some photos of Black Panther's suit which looks pretty awesome.
in my SPN wanderings on tumblr, I have found people who ship stucky - steve and bucky. who the fuck is bucky?!
LOL! Bucky = James Buchanan Barnes, Steve's best friend (basically brother) he grew up with - Bucky was always good with the ladies and joined the army - Steve was all sickly and small pre-serum. Bucky "dies" in Captain America, but it turns out, he was caught by the Russians (eventually Hydra?), lost his arm but survived, because when he was captured by the Germans (before Cap released him) Zola (Hydra scientist) had experimented on him. So he has a similar serum to Cap - at least in the MCU, I think (not sure about the comics). Anyway, he shows back up in Cap 2: The Winter Soldier but he's basically a brainwashed assassin, known as The Winter Soldier. Steve recognizes him and hilariously (because of what you posted) - he says, "Bucky?" and Bucky replies, "who the hell is Bucky?" lol. At the end of Cap 2, The Winter Soldier (aka Bucky) and Cap fight and Cap basically chooses the mission over his life and tells Agent Hill to go ahead and blow up the helicarrier he and Bucky are on. They keep fighting, Cap is pretty beat up, the helicarrier crashes in the Potomac... on the helicarrier before it crashes, Cap says "I'm with you til the end of the line" which is what Bucky said to him in the first movie. I guess this sort of gets through to The Winter Soldier, so he ends up dragging Cap out of the Potomac, which saves his life. Then the after credits scene is Bucky/TWS going to the Captain America exhibit, where there's a lot about Bucky/Steve's relationship and the Howling Commandos (their group during WWII).
As far as I know, both Steve and Bucky are heterosexual and never had a relationship, but people do seem to enjoy it. Sebastian Stan plays Bucky. He's hot.
Cap, Bucky, Howling Commandos (exhibit in Cap 2 movie at the Smithsonian)
Cap/Bucky during WWII, pre serum
Cap/Bucky WWII, post-serum
Bucky as The Winter Soldier
Bucky visiting the Smithsonian... so he seems to be realizing he has a history.
ew. I hope all the fucking when down pre winter soldier b.c that is not a good look.
lol!
I'm pretty sure there was never any fucking, but yeah, if it did happen, it seems like it would have been during the war or before that. But I am also sure that there was no fucking, so...just best friends/brothers.
oh, come on! you're in some fandoms. if people say they be fuckin, they be fuckin, and there are gifs and fanfic to prove it. lololololol
AND you also know that I've said before - I don't get the whole "they're totally fucking" when both characters are clearly heterosexual and have never even implied or said anything to indicate they are actually not! I don't get it! It's like "hey these people are hot, DO IT." Which I can kind of understand, but when you throw in two clearly - in canon - heterosexuals (or homosexuals) and make them the opposite, I don't get it! It's like a whole new thing, where I thought the point was to fangirl over the characters. It just seems like it changes a character pretty fundamentally, but what do I know... lots of people love it.

that's just like your hetro-normative opinion, man.
I know... I'm the worst. I suppose I don't care as much if it's characters I'm not that into. I'm a crazy Cap fan, though, so it's weird to me.
I think for Cap, it's that it doesn't make sense to me. I also just want him and Natasha to get together which will probably never happen, so I refuse to entertain anything else. It just doesn't fit with his character I don't think. Or Bucky's who has always been shown as a total ladies man.
Sam also mentions a lady at the VA he's into in the movie even though we never see her.
But I see what you're saying too. I think within the MCU there's a lack of romantic entanglements which also causes this - esp with Cap. It's there but it's not a focus and there's no payoff with Peggy. Thor and Ironman movies have more as far as relationships and payoff. Cap is like the eternal cockblocked virgin
