my stress eating was OUT OF CONTROL this summer and now my clothes are all too snug. I need a kick in the ass to get rid of the 10 lbs I put on so I can fit in my fall clothes. Anyone interested in a Diet Bet to start later this week?

typically 4 weeks for the regular one (it requires you to lose 4% of your body weight in that time period). There is a 6 month long one which requires you to lose 10%.
you weigh yourself and take a photo of yourself on the scale with a word the system will give you. Upload the photo to their website (only their staff see the photo and your weight). Reweigh yourself at the end in a similar manner. If you lose >4% of your body weight, you win. It's not a competition to see who can lose the most or lose 4% the fastest. Everyone who loses >4% wins, and the winners split the pot.

I threw my scale away in a moment of rage. I'll have to give this a try next time I can muster up the strength that to defeat the side eye my scale gives me.
Definitely. I am having the hardest time lately. I will eat really well for two or three days and then I will eat 4134423424 calories the next day and ruin all my hard work. I need something to keep me consistent.

I would seriously consider it. I've pretty much just accepted being fat. 4% would put me at my weight before I got pregnant which DS... which was my highest weight ever
