I make a soup that my Memere used to make. It's carb heavy but I love it. Soup mix, canned tomatoes and some extra noodles and rice thrown in for good measure.
However, I'm usually not up to cooking if I'm sick. What I really crave when I'm feeling unwell is Mrs. Grass noodle soup. Which basically has 1000% of your RDA of sodium and probably no nutritional value. LOL.
