I got a 5X7 jpeg file for a 1st birthday invite to print on my own. What would the cheapest option be for this? I don't want to order online since I would like to send invites soon. I wasn't sure if I should just send it to a place like Walgreens and have it printed like a photo? I have a Costco membership but you cannot order pics online. I don't mind going in store if it will be a cheaper option. I need about 15 invites.
I usually do Sams Club, it's the most convenient to my house. I tried to upload some pictures yesterday through their website though and they have that feature shit down due to a privacy breach I've had good luck with Costco also.

Print them on cardstock at work for free...or go to your local print shop. I would guess $5-$10 for the invites & envelopes. That includes cutting to size.
I've been doing Costco. They're super cheap and decent quality. I can upload online though to my local Costco-if that's not an option at yours id probably use somewhere else.
I just printed cards (thank you cbwm1 for the awesome design ) at Staples. I printed doubled sided on card stock. It was around $1.50 per page, with 2 invitations per page. Cutting was $2 per cut, but they messed up my print the first time so they cut it for free. I paid $15 for 20 invitations. We had envelopes left over from our Costco Christmas cards last year, and I used those.
