I've used zennioptical.com a couple of times. They aren't the greatest quality, but for $20-30/pair, I can get a few pairs and replace them every couple of years.

H gets his from zenni. He only wears glasses for reading/ computer though. I get mine from warby parker because they send you five frames to try on before ordering.
I've used zenni. I've had my glasses and sunglasses for over a year now. I had to adjust the regular glasses with my blow dryer to have them sit right since I have one ear higher than the other. The glasses have a ton of scratches on the lenses too because I got the anti-finger print film or whatever it's called and forgot and used a towel to clean them. Other than that, it's all been pretty good $60 total.

I have a bad zenni habit. I have 6 pairs currently, and I don't think I've spent more $150 total on them. I really love them and like to buy a different color each time.
