I think I remember DD waking up at like 3 or 4 and wanting to stay up an hour.
Apparently DS is different. He has started waking every single hour. If he fed the hour before, I just go in and give him a soother. Then the next hour I feed him. But waking up every single hour is already killing me and it has only been two days.

Probably waking up 6x a night or so but I fed every single time. Why not? And now at 16 months he still wakes up usually 4x a night. I still feed every time. He won't take a paci, though, and never has.
He was up every sleep cycle, so every 45-60 min. For like weeks. I was a zombie.
This is essentially what we are dealing with. It's fine right now because DH lets me sleep in an hour after the kids are up but he goes back to work Monday . I am going to need way more caffeine.

Only 2-3 wakeups, but super smiling and unwilling to go back to bed for 1-2 hours after. I'm dreading this with DD2, who is just starting to sleep a little better after 3 months of wakeups every hour or two (with one 4 hour stretch a night).
Ds1 went from sttn to waking up every 45mins all night for 2 weeks. There were some nights he was up 9 times. It was mind boggling. His sleep sucked for a year afterwards too.
Ds2 stopped sttn for a week, getting up 2-3 times, then went back to sttn. Definitely a preferred experience.

It started at 3.5 months with 3 wakeups (up until then, we were at 1-2 wakeups after the newborn days). Then it got to 4...then 5...until she started waking up every 60 minutes, give or take. At 4.5 months we put her in the crib for the first time hoping it would help but it didn't. We waited it out as long as we could but things were getting worse, not better or staying the same. We threw in the towel when we realized our daily zombie-like state and did Ferber successfully at 5.5 months.
G's started around 4 or 5 months. He was up every couple of hours. Went back down most of the time after nursing or being rocked. It lasted until he was like 10 months old, though. :x
The worst night with DD2, the night of her 4 month vaccines, I woke up from a sleep ten separate times. Her so called four month wakeful lasted until about seven months (up 3, 4, or 5 times a night). It was rough. Fortunately she's never been one for middle of the night play time and has always gone back down without much of a fuss?
I hope it passes quickly for you. Sleep deprivation makes everything else so much harder than it needs to be.
DS had been STTN since he was 6 weeks old. Then the 4MW hit like a ton of bricks, he was up 2-5x a night often for hours at a time. His sleep never got better until we sleep trained at 18 months. He's still a shitty sleeper at 3.5yo.
DD is my unicorn baby, she's always been an amazing sleeper. She had been sleeping 11p-8am straight through. Since the 4MW she wakes once between 3-5am to eat. I am super happy with that! Not complaining at all.
It was not noticeable for us because sleep was so shitty already and just continued that way. We tried Sleep Sense with moderate results around 5 months to get things manageable (1-2 wakeups).
I think we got off easy, for about 3 weeks around that time P would wake up once overnight around 4am to eat and would go right back down. I hope this passes quickly for you!
