I got a lightweight puffer vest (you know the kind that's not too puffy, kinda thin, etc) from Costco that I'm going to monogram, but I can't decide where to place it. I scanned Pinterest for some thoughts and came up with three possible locations. Which would you pick?
Also - the vest is a light, silver gray, so I'm probably going to do the monogram in a darker, gunmetal gray.
I don't like the other two at all. The classic script on Lands End's cheapest and most utilitarian puffer is sort of ludicrous. The giant one in festive gold on hot pink is trying too hard. It reminds me of something the Vera Bradley toting ladies at my mom's gate senior community would wear.
I'd leave it plain, but I hate all monograms. Likely largely because the nickname I have been called since birth is a different letter than my given name. I also hate the look of the first letter of my last name, which doesn't help, either. So no monograms in my house.

Putting a monogram on the back of the collar just seems pointless unless you have very short hair or wear your hair in a ponytail all the time. I love a monogram and I say go big or go home. Put it on the chest.

I'm guessing this is why people are voting for this.
