Gilmore/Pataki first. Then Perry which will be the first "notable" one. Then Jindal shortly after since he can go quietly. Santorum and Graham will hang on for a while since they enjoy the Sunday talk show circuit/have a couple of sugar daddies helping them limp along.

I bet Jindal is first to go. Fiorina, but nobody will notice. Huckabee, Rand Paul around the same time.
Nah, Fiorina won't go early. A CNN poll I saw this morning has her third.
I think she's angling hard for VP so she'll probably stay in as long as possible. She knows she won't get the nomination, but also she'll look mighty attractive for GOPers who want to appear progressive by putting a woman on the ticket.

Totally agree! I will be very surprised if she isn't the VP

I certainly see why the GOP would like a woman on the ticket. But the VP's job is to be the conduit with the legislature. And not one of Fiorina's "accomplishments" qualifies her for that job.
I think Fiorina is at least competent, which is more than I can say for some of them (cough Walker cough). She fucked up big time at HP but if she were a man, she may have been giving a second high level chance. As much as I dislike her, I want her to stay in the race and kick ass because I like seeing smart women do well in politics.
But she had zero legislative or government experience. If she gets the VP nod, I will maintain it is for no other reason than her vagina, and I will consider it another failed GOP attempt at conflating pandering with connecting with women in a meaningful way.
